How to use systems 🗃️ to guide you through your healing journey in the most easeful way.
In the past three years that I have been writing about self-love, healing and psychology, I have learned a lot. Not only from that, but from my own healing journey as well. I have been through times in which I couldn’t even spend five seconds without having an anxiety attack and I have been through a long toxic relationship which involved more than 10 breakups and me not learning my lessons 🙃.
This Healing Dashboard is a combination of all the tools, resources, and methods that I have used to be able to be in less pain while healing my trauma. Which I learned not only from my experience, but from what I have noticed are people’s hardest fights in healing.
🦋 I want to show you what is currently working for me — because yes; I do use this Healing Dashboard for myself as well — so that you can inspire yourself to take the hardest steps in life.
What Is It?
Healing Dashboard
- Healing Calendar 📆**-** A place in which you can schedule prompts to fill out, weekly and monthly check-ins templates, new and full moon templates + anything else you might want to add related to your healing and spiritual journey.
- Tarot of the day in which you can select the cards that you have pulled from your readings and add them to the dashboard so you can work with that energy throughout the day.
- Wellness Central ❤️🩹 to track your habits, practices and rituals that you do daily related to your healing journey (i.e. yoga, meditating).
- Garden of thoughts 🪴- a place with several journals to write about from your daily occurrences, to your childhood trauma, a database related to “My Dimensions.”
- The Group Chat- The place where you can rant freely about what you like without feeling guilty. Just like a group chat with your friends… but without censoring yourself.
- My Dimensions 🍭- where you can divide all the aspects of your life into sections and store exactly what you are healing so you can add it as a tag to all your journal entries… making it easier to find when in need to revisit.
